ScriptureWheel Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ScriptureWheel, an app published by WIP Group, LLC.
1. License
If you download ScriptureWheel from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is subject to the standard Apple End User License Agreement unless Apple or WIP Group, LLC provides a different custom license agreement for the app in App Store Connect.
2. Intended use
ScriptureWheel is provided as a reading, reflection, and Bible browsing app. You may use it for personal, lawful purposes only.
3. Content and references
ScriptureWheel is intended to present bundled Bible text and curated scripture category groupings in a straightforward way. While we aim for accuracy and care in presentation, you are responsible for how you use and interpret the content.
4. Availability
We may update, improve, or discontinue features of the app at any time. App functionality may also depend on your device, operating system version, and local storage state.
5. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScriptureWheel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WIP Group, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ScriptureWheel.
